Editorial Standards & Team

Who produces this directory, how we research and review it, how our editorial scores are derived, and how to flag an error. We are independent and take no payment for inclusion, ranking, or favourable language.

Who is behind TechVendorIndex

TechVendorIndex is built and edited by a named team, not an anonymous brand. It is operated by Kings Hospitality LLC (1314 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, United States) and edited by the people below, working with a small group of enterprise-software practitioners. Full company background is on our About page.

How content is researched, written, and reviewed

Every comparison and category page follows the same process. We define the buyer problem first, then assemble evidence from vendor product documentation and pricing pages, independent analyst coverage, aggregated public review platforms, press coverage of launches and acquisitions, and conversations with practising buyers. A draft is written against that evidence, checked against our ranking methodology, and reviewed by an editor before publication. Comparisons are rebuilt after a significant product release; categories are reviewed on a quarterly cadence.

How our editorial scores work

The number shown as the Editorial score (for example, 4.4 / 5.0) is TechVendorIndex's own editorial estimate of a product's overall standing for enterprise buyers. It is a directional synthesis of publicly available customer-review sentiment from third-party platforms, independent analyst positioning, and our editors' read of functional depth — expressed on a 0–5 scale for quick scanning.

Important: An Editorial score is not a count of reviews collected by TechVendorIndex, and we do not host or verify individual user reviews ourselves. We deliberately do not publish review counts or star-rating rich snippets, because we are not the originating review platform. For raw user reviews, consult the dedicated review platforms (such as G2, Capterra, or TrustRadius) directly.

Fact-checking & corrections policy

We aim for accuracy on every factual claim — pricing models, deployment options, ownership, and capabilities. If you find an error, email editorial@techvendorindex.com or use the contact page. We review correction requests promptly, fix confirmed errors, and update the page's "Last updated" date when we do. Material corrections to a published comparison are noted on the page.

Independence & conflicts of interest

We do not accept payment from vendors for inclusion, ranking position, or favourable language. Revenue comes from clearly marked advertising, referral fees on purchases the buyer has already independently decided to make, and research subscriptions. Editorial staff hold no equity in profiled vendors, and any potentially material conflict is disclosed inline. Our full independence statement is on the About page.

Use of AI and editorial tooling

We use software tooling, including AI assistance, to help assemble and structure research at scale across thousands of products. Every page is produced against the evidence sources above and is the responsibility of the named editorial team, who review content before and after publication. AI is a drafting and research aid here — not the accountable author. Accountability for what is published rests with the editors named on this page.
